Oracle Linux on AWS or Azure

"For Oracle Linux purposes, two VMs whose combined size are no more than 64 vCPUs are counted as a single Oracle Linux Basic Limited or Premier Limited system in Authorized Cloud Environments. A single VM consisting of more than 64 vCPUs is counted as an Oracle Linux Basic or Premier system." (1)
  •  Oracle Linux Basic and Premier support services are available for systems with up to two physical CPUs. For systems with more than two physical CPUs, you must purchase an additional support subscription for every additional pair of physical CPUs in the system. Oracle refers to this as “stacking”.
  •  You must purchase Oracle Linux Basic or Premier services for all of the physical CPU pairs on the system.
  •  A Physical CPU Pair must reside within the same system. It cannot be split between two systems.
  •  To determine the necessary number of Physical CPU Pairs for a system with an odd number of Physical CPUs, round up to the next even number, then divide by two.
