A MEMORY_TARGET of 0 disables Automatic Memory Management.

Parameters

MEMORY_TARGET

Should always be 0 (see above)

MEMORY_MAX_TARGET

Should always be 0 (see above)

Check

SHOW PARAMETER MEMORY_TARGET

SHOW SPPARAMETER MEMORY_TARGET

Check

SHOW PARAMETER MEMORY_MAX_TARGET

SHOW SPPARAMETER MEMORY_MAX_TARGET

Change

ALTER SYSTEM SET MEMORY_TARGET='0' SCOPE=spfile;

Restart the database

Or 

only if MEMORY_MAX_TARGET is set at a higher value than MEMORY_TARGET...

ALTER SYSTEM SET MEMORY_TARGET='0' SCOPE=memory;

ALTER SYSTEM SET MEMORY_TARGET='0' SCOPE=both;

Change

ALTER SYSTEM SET MEMORY_MAX_TARGET='0' SCOPE=spfile;

Restart the database
