For non-clustered databases you would generally use the Report for Agent-based targets.

Enterprise Manager Health

Enterprise - Reports - Information Publisher Reports

You should find several Agent related reports under "Enterprise Manager Health":

  • Agents Clock Synchronization Offset

  • Agents in Questionable State

  • Agents Restarted

  • Broken Targets

  • Targets Not Uploading Data
