Specials

Use either of the following formats...

/Media/TV Shows/ShowName/Specials/ShowName – s00e13 – Optional_Info.ext

/Media/TV Shows/ShowName/Season 00/ShowName – s00e13 – Optional_Info.ext

Movie Naming Standard

Use one of the following formats...

/Media/Movies/MovieName (year)/MovieName (year).mp4

/Media/Movies/MovieName (year)/MovieName (year) {imdb-tt9999999}.mp4

/Media/Movies/MovieName (year)/MovieName (year) {tmdb-999}.mp4

Where YYY is year of release and the optional information in curly braces is the IMDB or TMDB ID

Joining Multi-Part Movies

The Lord of the Rings Extended editions, for example, are shipped on two DVDs

You can use this naming format...

/Media/Movies/MovieName (year)/MovieName (year) - pt1.m4v

/Media/Movies/MovieName (year)/MovieName (year) - pt2.m4v

A better way is to join the individual files using one of the tools linked here...
